Complaint is made about the way some mean and contemptible persons have of stealing flowers off the graves in the city cemetery. A few days ago a lady carried some choice flowers to the cemetery and place them on the grave of her husband and then went across the cemetery to see a friend's enclosure. On returning she found that someone had been to her own enclosure while her back was turned and had taken away the fresh flowers that she had only a few minutes before placed on her husband's grave. This is certainly bold work and it seems to us that some of the people living in the neighborhood of the graveyard might “look a little out” and capture the daring robbers.
