William J. Biggio Jr.
William J. Biggio, 69, 912 1/2 North Chaparral, who came to Corpus Christi with his parents when he was three months old, died yesterday afternoon in a local hospital.
He was chairman of Precinct No. 2, Nueces County Democratic Committee. He retired several years ago from the city water and gas department, where he had been employed for several years.
Rosary will b recited tonight at 8:30 o’clock at the Peel-Jackson Funeral chapel. Requiem mass will be held at 9:30 o’clock tomorrow morning at the old St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Burial will be in old Bayview Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hettie Anderson Biggio; one daughter, Miss Lee Biggio, both of Corpus Christi; a stepson, Roy Crosby of Golden, Col.; a brother, A. J. Biggio of Dallas, and one sister, Mrs. Roy K. Mims of Laredo.
Pallbearers will be Joe Mireur, R. R. Hall, H. D. C. Gussett, William Sprague, Charles Rankin, George Covey, Bill Anderson and Joe Downey.

William J. Biggio 69, who came to Corpus Christi with his parents when he was three months old, died yesterday afternoon in a local hospital.
He was chairman of Precinct No. 2, Nueces County Democratic Committee. He retired several years ago from the City Water and Gas Dept., where he had been employed for many years. Prior to that time he was a train baggageman and express messenger on the Tex-Mex Railroad between Corpus Christi and Laredo. He lived at 912 1’2 North Chaparral.
