1. Marriage
A Pretty Home Wedding
A pretty, but quiet home wedding was that of Miss Dena H. McKenzie and Mr. Charles M. Froh, of Frisco, California, was solemnized Wednesday morning at 5 o’clock, at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. K. McKnezie, in the presence of a limited number of friends and relatives. Rev. Mr. J. M. Linn performed the ceremony in the most impressive
manner. The bride looked unusually pretty in a becoming traveling gown of blue taffeta with hat and gloves to match, while the happy bridegroom looked handsome in the conventional black. After the ceremony a sumptuous repast was served in the dining room, which was handsomely decorated for the occasion. The young couple were recipients of many handsome presents, many of them coming from California, Indiana, Canada, and other large cities. Mrs. And Mrs. Froh will be gone about three months on their bridal tour, and on returning will make California their home.
The Caller joins their many friends in wishing the happy pair much joy in the their journey through life.

Talented Musician Dies
Mrs. Edna Froh, wife of Chas. Froh, aged 35, died Sunday at 5:30 a.m. at 1209 Chaparral Street.
She was born in Corpus Christi. She was a member of the senior class of the High school of 1893. She finished her studies in Landon’s Conservatory, Dallas, with high honors. She was a talented musician. Her romance began in the conservatory and culminated in her marriage in 1903. She will be buried on the anniversary of her wedding.
Both being musicians, she and her husband taught in musical colleges in Texas and California, finally locating in Stephenville, where she taught until her health failed her four years ago and where her husband is still engaged. She is survived by her husband and two sisters, Miss Kate McKenzie, for many years employed in the tax collector’s office of Nueces county and Miss Jessie McKenzie, of Hot Springs.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at the McKenzie home, conducted by Rev. Henry Austin Interment will be in Old Bayview cemetery.

Charles F. Froh, who was called here Sunday on account of the death of his wife, Mrs. Edna McKenzie Froh, returned to Stephenville where he is engaged in teaching music at Tarleton College.
Miss Jessie McKenzie is here from Hot Springs, Ark., to spend a week with her sister, Mrs. Kate McKenzie.
