MRS ANNIE M'COMB
An Old Corpus Christian, Passes Away in San Antonio Died, at the home of her son-in-law, Mr. H. E. Elsworth, in San Antonio, last night, June 15, 1905, at 9:30 o'clock, MRS. ANNIE McCOMB, a native of Glasgow, Scotland, aged 72 years. Mrs. McComb came to Corpus Christi from the old country, with her husband who died many years ago, in 1854, residing here up to about eight years ago when she moved to San Antonio to reside with her daughter. Her remains will be brought here on this evening's train and taken to the home of Mr. Dan Reid, from which place the funeral will take place to-morrow at 10 o'clock, services being held there and also at the Methodist church. Deceased leaves two sons, Thomas McComb of Houston and Robert McComb of Laredo, and one daughter, Mrs. Elsworth of San Antonio, also one brother, Mr. Dan Reid of this city. Mrs. John Hall of this city and Mrs. Wm. Adams of San Diego and sisters of deceased. She also leaves many grandchildren-in San Antonio, San Diego, Alice and Corpus Christi. The sorrow stricken relatives have the sympathies of many friends throughout this section.
