Mrs. Catherine McElroy
Funeral services for Mrs. Catherine McKenzie McElroy, a lifetime resident here, will be held at 10 a.m. today in Clifford Jackson Chapel with Dr. S. Evans Brown of the First Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Old Bayview Cemetery. Mrs. McElroy was the daughter of James and Catherine McKenzie who were natives of Scotland. During her life she worked in the office of County Tax Collector Oliver and for the city water department during the Giles and McCaughan administration. Pallbearers will be Andrew Rankin, Harry Hogge, Logan Rankin, William Chapman, John Dwyer and Dr. McIver Furman.

Mrs. Catherine McElroy
Mrs. Catherine McKenzie McElroy, a lifetime resident here who lived at 809 North Chaparral died at 3:15 a.m. today in a local hospital. Her only immediate survivors include six cousins. Mrs. McElroy was the daughter of James and Catherine McKenzie, who were natives of Scotland. During her life she worked in the office of County Tax Collector Ed Oliver and for the city water department during the Giles and McCaughan administrations. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Clifford Jackson Chapel. Burial will be in Old Bayview Cemetery. Dr. S. Evans Brown of the first Presbyterian Church will officiate. Pallbearers will be Andrew Rankin, Harry Hogge, Logan Rankin, William Chapman, John Dwyer and Dr. McIver Furman.
