McKew--In this city, Oct. 14, 1898, at 2:20 a.m., Docia McKew, wife of Jos. McKew, Jr., aged 22 years and 4 months.
Deceased came to Corpus Christi about two months ago from Temple, in the worst stages of consumption, and, of course, her death was not unexpected. Her husband, who is in Beaumont, was notified this morning of his wife's death. The funeral will take place at 3 this p.m., from the Presbyterian church.
