Obituary
Funeral services for William W. Yung, 79, lifelong resident of Corpus Christi who died yesterday morning in a San Antonio hospital, will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at Peel-Jackson Chapel with the Rev. Lowell Ryan, pastor of South Bluff Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Bayview Cemetery. A retired painter, he had lived with his daughter, Mrs. C. B. Hanson, 2633 Riggan. He was a member of WOW and a charter member of the Odd Fellows Lodge of Corpus Christi. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Hanson and Mrs. J. J. Roark, both of Corpus Christi, three grandchildren, Mrs. D. W. Miller, C. B. Hanson, Jr., and Priscilla Joyce Hanson, all of Corpus Christi; A sister Mrs. Virginia Vetters, Corpus Christi, and a brother, Lucian Yung of Washington, D. C.
